my stay fit tip is to remember to keep adequately hydrated–drink lots of water and be active, to prevent cramping and other discomfort.

Drink water! All of the time. Someone gave me a water bottle with a strap to carry around when I was pregnant with my first child. I love that thing still to this day!!

I had never done yoga until I was pregnant, now I love it and have incorporated it into my routine.
My tip is to walk – its easy, free, and it really is something you can do in every stage of pregnancy!

My stay fit activity is pretty simple: no matter what, I do about 15 minutes of stretches every morning. If I have time, I’ll do crunches, too.
My fav stay-fit activity is playing the wii.
Prenatal Yoga was a godsend for me and I’ll be doing it again tihs time too, I also went for walks around the malls because it was the middle of the winter!
Yoga, swimming, and walking are great exercises during pregnancy.
