    My favorite stay fit activity is walking. I take my two daughters on nature hikes quite often. It’s fun and we get our exercise along the way.

    Drink water! All of the time. Someone gave me a water bottle with a strap to carry around when I was pregnant with my first child. I love that thing still to this day!!

    My stay fit activity is pretty simple: no matter what, I do about 15 minutes of stretches every morning. If I have time, I’ll do crunches, too.
