For Teens: Clocky – “The Funniest Alarm Clock Ever”

Clocky, by Nanda Home, could be the answer to your dreams, or it could be the end to them. This humorous spin on the classic alarm clock will have you jumping out of bed, literally. The way it works is once the alarm goes off at the set time, the Clocky actually leaps off of your nightstand, springs into action around the room and sends you on a wild goose-chase in order to deactivate the annoying, yet effective, alarm. If you prefer to hit the snooze button in the morning, you can set the Clocky to allow up to two snooze-hits until it actually leaps. You can also set it to not jump at all, but I don’t really see the point in that unless you just really like the look of the clock and not the unique features.

The Clocky would make a great gift for just about anyone. There are five colors available, some neutral, some a little girlier and some that are a bit more masculine. My favorite is…wait for it…the pink hued Raspberry color of course. Each Clocky sells for $39 with the exception of the “Chrome” clocky, which sells for $45. Clocky is battery-operated, which aren’t included in the price but are conveniently available for purchase on the Nanda Home web site.
