Congratulations to SweetestPetunia, comment #56

Were you a little thrown off by the title of this post? Let me explain. The all-new feminine products brand, Moxie, is trying to help bring some pizazz into something pretty blah…your period.
“When you’re bloated, have cramps and have just devoured a large bar of chocolate, its period hell. Now, we’re not pretending we can make it better, but we can bring a touch of glamour to your worst days…” – Moxie
Last week while I was at the Holiday Lookbook Event, where I was first introduced to Moxie, I knew right away that Moxie and Pink & Posh were a match made in heaven. Their table was adorned in pinks, blues, black and white, with candles glowing, all atop an adorable Parisian vanity table. I took some pictures, but they’re so large that I’m having trouble resizing them while keeping the quality. I was able to get one onto my Flickr stream to give you an idea. Isn’t is such a cute set-up?
I think it’s a brilliant idea. What woman doesn’t appreciate a little “pretty” every once in a while? And now, with Moxie, you can carry on with your regular beauty regimen even when it comes to pads! Each the panty liners, pads and new Moxie tampons, come in either a 100% recyclable tin or cardboard box with the 1930’s inspired striped Moxie design, which reminds me of a vintage boudoir in Paris. The tin is so adorable that you’ll never have to do the old “pull-and-tuck” again when reaching for them in your purse. Although the Moxie brand products are a little more expensive compared to other leading brands, I’d say it’s definitely worth it, at least when you need a little “pick me up“.

Let’s get into what types of products Moxie actually offers…
- Slenders Pads: Finally, there is no need to keep our pads hidden in the bottom drawer any longer! With ‘Slender’ daytime pads Moxie deliver a product with comfort, extra absorption and breathability. And, in signature Moxie style, Slenders pads come in a gorgeous pink candy-striped boudoir box with a real black bow. Slenders even come with a 100% recyclable tin compact that is oh-so purse-worthy (designed to fit three pads inside).
- Sleepovers Pads: Moxie Sleepovers pads, for overnight use, are designed to be as comfortable, absorbent and breathable as you would expect. The ultra-thin yet super absorbent long pads also have wings for added security. Packaged in a stylish turquoise candy-stripe boudoir box with a real black bow, Moxie Sleepovers are designed to sit pretty on your dresser or bathroom shelf. Sleep tight with Moxie Sleepovers.
- Slenders Panty Liners: Moxie Slenders Panty Liners are designed for use on the lightest days of your period. Packaged in a pretty, peach candy-striped boudoir box with a real black bow, these panty liners are a lovely addition to your Moxie collection. Also included in each pack is a 100% recyclable tin compact (designed to fit three liners inside) that will look oh-so-discreet in your handbag.
- Scanty Panty Liners: For everyday use between periods, Moxie Scanty Panty Liners are designed to keep you feeling fresh and confident under your clothes, and to protect your undergarments. With two purse-worthy tin compacts per pack (12 liners in each tin), these everyday liners are so thin, you won’t even feel you’re wearing them. Also great to wear all day and then freshen up before a night out.
- Tampons: (available November 8th) With signature style, Moxie has made things simple with 2 variants in the Moxie Tampons collection (in both applicator and non-applicator) that are color-coordinated in distinctly different candy-striped color schemes: peach (regular) and dusty pink (super). All applicator packs contain a unique, discreet and 100% recyclable purse-worthy tin (designed to fit 3 tampons inside). All non-applicator packs contain two candy-striped purse-worthy tins that each contain 8 tampons.

Moxie feminine products are now available at Duane Reade locations nationwide, Beauty.com and Drugstore.com
So what do you think? Are you ready for a little Moxie in your life?
By the way, if you have small children, you will forever be having to convince them that the Moxie tampons are NOT candy, trust me on this! They look that appealing, lol.
