Madeline is celebrating her 70th anniversary and Kids Preferred is joining in on the celebration.
“Madeline has been described as charmingly impetuous, irrepressible, mischievous, and precocious. She may have been the smallest of the 12 little girls in two straight lines, but she certainly was the feistiest. Wearing their flat sailor hats and identical coats, Madeline’s unnamed classmates all look alike except for their hair. But Madeline stands out, not because of the way she looks, but because unlike the other girls, she is utterly fearless. When she boldly tells the tiger in the zoo, “Pooh-pooh,” you wonder if what she is really saying is, “I’m not afraid of you or anything else in this world!”
For the last 70 years Madeline has been an inspiration to little girls all over the world. With messages that teach children it’s okay to be brave, stand up for what they believe in and never, ever doubt who you are. Over the years we have seen Madeline portrayed in books, cartoons, CD’s, toys and more including her very first big-screen performance back in 1952.
This year, Kids Preferred is offering special edition plush Madeline dolls and Genevieve dolls, her beloved pet dog.

- 70th Anniversary Madeline: 13.5″ limited edition plush Madeline doll dressed in a blue and white dress
- Dress-up Madeline: 13.5″ Madeline comes with her signature blue coat and yellow sailor’s hat. Additional outfits will be available soon.
- Madeline & Genevieve Beanies: Soft 8″-9″ beanie dolls that are perfect for small hands

Kids Preferred is generously offering one of our fabulous readers a chance to own their very own Madeline doll. Winner will choose if they prefer the 70th Anniversary doll (pink box) or the Dressable Madeline doll (blue box), which both come in gift-ready packaging. If you have smaller children, you can also choose one of the Madeline or Genevieve beanies instead. RV: $10-$30

The Anniversary Doll!
I forgot to tell you the other item I like their besides the Madeline Doll, yes I’d pick the Madeline Anniversary Doll if I should be lucky enough to win, but the other item I like there is the soft baby Kira Doll Item #90301, which sells for $13.00. This is great first doll for a little girl.

I would love to have the Very Hungry Caterpillar Bolster under my tree for my niece ~ always loved that story.
first off i love eric carle’s work in his many books. So upon seeing the panda puppet i knew at once it’s a must have! My sister in law has a serious thing for pandas for my neice. This panda puppet would also make my neice crack up!

Nursery Jemima Puddle-duck is cute
