It makes me laugh to watch cartoons with my children and on EVERY commercial they look at me saying, “Oh, Mommy!, I need that!” If we had everything they “needed”, we would be a toy store. The problem is that most of these toys are not worth the (usually huge) price tags they are included with and are by NO means educational.
