I know that Valentine’s Day has come and gone, but February should still the month of love here on Pink & Posh!
I was watching an episode of Wendy Williams today (I LOVE her!) and saw where she has her “First Kiss February”. Every guest on her show this month has had to give the “deets” [...]

Three reasons I love this picture…
It reminds of how quickly my daughter is growing up. Those chubby thighs. Ugh. I miss them.
It reminds me of how badly I want the summer to return.
It reminds me of how grateful I am for finding a man with a hairless chest.

Hometown Hotties

I was watching the 10 o’clock news last night (shocking, right?) and they ran a segment discussing their predictions for the sexiest, single male athletes of the year, all from NY sports teams. Now, I’m normally not a fan of the news and certainly never made it all the way to the sports coverage, but [...]

I know, I know… I have disappointed everyone this week after posting my preview and failing to deliver…
But I wanted to explain why not only to say I’m sorry, but to also possibly help someone else who has a situation like mine.
About 3 years ago, during the birth of my son, I had my tubes [...]
A Pink & Posh Christmas Poem

I have bags under my eyes and I can’t tame my hair,
I even called the salon but my stylist was not there.
.
My husband was nestled all snug in our bed,
He remains so calm, what’s going on in his [...]

I’m not sure if anyone has even noticed, but I’ve been MIA for the last week or so. I kind of hit a bump in the road (which is all paved now) and it allowed me some time to sit and think about the past, the present and the future. This particular instance had to [...]

If you or someone you know is a talented knitter, please read on…
Last week I put up a request on HARO asking for sources to find products and services that were created to benefit AIDS awareness. There are two reasons I did this:
1. December 1st is World Aids Day.
2. October 12th was the day that [...]

I think that one of the biggest changes that mothers have to endure when taking on their new parenting role is the lack of time you actually get for yourself in a day. I honestly cannot remember the last time I took an uninterrupted shower or read a magazine cover to cover without stopping for [...]

Tomorrow morning I am packing up the rented soccer-mom minivan and heading off on the highway to attend the Type-A Mom Conference in North Carolina. This is the first time that I’ll be away from my family for more than one night, so as any good mother would do, I am spending tonight preparing my [...]

Where were you on this day eight years ago? I remember it like it was yesterday. I was at work, alone. Alone and scared. Our family runs a few check cashing stores in the boroughs and I’d often open up the store by myself since my brother had to travel further than me. My boyfriend [...]
